As we celebrate The month of May to recognised Africa month – a time when the continent of Africa commemorates the founding of the Organisation of African Unity (OAU). The Pasadena Sister Cities Dakar-Plateau, Senegal will be focusing on Dakar and working with community based organizations with like minds.
