Two Cranes International Music and cultural exchange Festival" Tainan, 2023

The festival was a success and all students built a nice relationship. Mayor Huang and Deputy Mayor Dr. Chao of Tainan attended our fair well concert on Saturday July 22.The Mayor asked about the status of official "Friendship City Relationship" with City of Pasadena. We are hopeful the Pasadena City Council will officially approve Tainan's " Friendship City Relations " with Pasadena.

Tainan Mayor Huang's Officials, University of Technology and other Government officials were so kind and helpful during our entire visit and they contributed to the success of the festival.
